We’re excited to share that Srđan Šrepfler has joined The Unit as our new Vice President of Engineering. With over 20 years of experience in development, including seven years at William Hill and four at Huddle, Srđan brings deep industry knowledge and strong leadership to our growing team.
A Proven Track Record in iGaming
Srđan has spent much of his career in iGaming, most notably at William Hill, where he held several roles such as Software Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Development Team Lead and Global Platform Backend Lead.
After William Hill, he joined MoPlay as VP of Automation Engineering and QA, and later worked with AsianLogic, the company behind Dafabet, as an architect and developer. Most recently, Srdan was VP of Engineering at Huddle. During his four years there, he built out the engineering department, introduced agile processes, designed a reliable data pipeline and oversaw integrations with partners like Genius Sports, Sportradar, TXODDS and LSports.
Driving Innovation at The Unit
At The Unit, Srđan will be leading our engineering strategy as we continue to deliver high-quality tech across web, mobile and multi-platform projects. Our team develops custom solutions that perform, whether it’s sleek frontends, complex backends or interactive widgets. Srđan’s experience and leadership will help us maintain these high standards while scaling up for the future.
Srđan’s arrival comes at a time of exciting expansion for The Unit. In the past few months, we’ve welcomed other key team members, including Alan Bruce as Sales and Account Director, Aoife Dillon as Senior Account Manager and Andy Clerkson as Chairman. These strategic hires are helping to shape the next chapter for our company.
